Talaria Extended Warranty

1. Overview

This Extended Warranty Contract ("Warranty") is an optional service provided by ebikezilla to extend coverage on your Talaria electric dirt bike beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

• Manufacturer Warranty: 1 Year (Parts Only)

• Extended Warranty Options:

  • 1-Year Extension = 2 Years Total Coverage

  • 2-Year Extension = 3 Years Total Coverage

2. Coverage

This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including but not limited to:

• Motor and drivetrain components (excluding chains and sprockets)

• Controller and battery management system (BMS)

• Display and throttle assembly

• Charging system and power delivery

• Suspension components (internal mechanical failure only, see exclusions)

• Frame (non-cosmetic cracks or breaks)

3. Labor Rate Limit

This Warranty covers labor costs associated with approved repairs at a maximum of $100 CAD per hour.

4. Exclusions

The following are not covered by this Extended Warranty:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., brake pads, tires, chains, sprockets, grips, bearings)

• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint fade)

• Improper assembly or unauthorized modifications

• Damage caused by:

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Stunt riding, jumping, racing, or competition use

  • Water submersion or high-pressure washing

  • Use of incompatible accessories or non-OEM parts

• Suspension damage caused by incorrect setup or aggressive riding
  (e.g., using soft suspension settings during high-impact or extreme use)

• Battery degradation due to overcharging, deep discharges, or improper storage

• Accidents, collisions, or acts of nature

• Freight, transportation, or rental fees

5. Conditions of Service

• All repairs must be performed or authorized by ebikezilla or a certified Talaria service partner.

• Claims must include proof of purchase and valid service history.

• Replacement parts may be new or refurbished, at the discretion of ebikezilla.

• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.

6. How to Make a Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Contact ebikezilla support with your bike’s serial number and proof of purchase.

2. Describe the issue with photos or videos when possible.

3. Follow instructions provided for diagnosis or repair authorization.

7. Acknowledgment

By purchasing this warranty, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms outlined above.
